Your use of the Flowers mobile app, developed by Hoang Hai Long Do under the Flower Dg brand ("Flower Dg"), is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA") unless you have signed a separate custom license with us. The gift web service at flowerisblooming.com is governed by our Terms of Use and Refund Policy, not by the Standard EULA.

The Standard EULA grants you a non-transferable license to use Flowers on any Apple-branded device you own or control, subject to Apple's Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
You agree that Flower Dg may collect and use technical data and related information that is gathered periodically to facilitate software updates, product support, and other services related to Flowers. See our Privacy Policy for specifics.
If you request and receive a refund for any subscription or in-app purchase through the App Store, you understand and agree that all content you created using Flowers while that purchase was active will be permanently deleted from our servers and cannot be recovered. Refunds for the gift web service follow a separate process; see the Refund Policy.
The Standard EULA is effective until terminated by you or by Flower Dg. Your rights under the Standard EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
Flowers may enable access to Flower Dg's and third-party services, including Firebase, RevenueCat for mobile subscriptions, and the gift web service checkout. Use of these services requires internet access and may require you to accept additional terms.
Flowers is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. Flower Dg and Apple disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
To the extent not prohibited by law, Flower Dg and Apple are not liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of Flowers.
Our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy apply in addition to the Standard EULA. In the event of conflict, the provision most protective of your rights as a consumer applies.
